My passion for individuals with special needs originated from the six years I was able to spend with my brother before he passed. I have a Master's degree in special education and five years of experience. I have worked in a wide variety of settings from public school districts to non-profit organizations and I performed many different types of work such as SCL and Respite services. I have also worked with individuals across a large spectrum of age ranges (5-30 yrs) and disabilities (Autism Spectrum Disorder, Emotional Behavioral Disorders, Etc.). I have designed and implemented goals as well as programs for an array of activities. The work that I have done over the past five years has been the most rewarding and fulfilling of my professional career and the relationships that I have built are some of the most meaningful of my life. I look forward to meeting and enhancing the quality of life for those who may need a helping and compassionate hand.
