Hello! My experience began in High School when I volunteered for Special Needs children at Orlando Morning Star School. Some of my strong qualities include empathy, patience, and an interest in helping families care for their loved ones to make their day go smoother. Apart from raising 5 successful children, our family consists of 1 nephew with Asperger's Syndrome(Autistic Spectrum). My experience also includes over 20 years as a Pediatric nurse. Currently I am a certified substitute teacher for SCPS. I enjoy working in an Autistic classroom (both High School and Elementary). Employment through SCPS required drug testing, background check and fingerprinting which have all been performed. I will provide a background check upon request.
