I was a care giver to a nonverbal Autistic gentleman who had very quick violent tendencies; patient also had MRSA and Pica. I administered the patient's meds, prepared meals, monitored him while he ate, and drank. I provided the patient with hygiene needs such as bathing and assistance in the bathroom, and ADL's. Aided the patient with engaging socially and mentally when possible. I worked with him on his motor skills using puzzles, walks, and talking with him when he was in the same room. With this patient I had to be very alert and ready at all times and use universal precautions. I documented all daily behavior changes, how much of food he ate, his activities, when bathroom was used, etc.

Also have experience with Alzheimer's and behaviors.
