I am a very open and outgoing person. I can be happy to sit and read a book, or be outside running around when it is warm. I like to play games and watch movies, and I love animals, especially dogs. I have spent a lot of my life working with children. I have a degree in Early Childhood Special Education. During school I spent a lot of time in Special Needs, and integrated classrooms as well as babysitting both Typical and Special Needs children. I worked at a Day Camp this past summer for the fourth summer in a row. 4 years ago I was a swimming helper at this Day Camp, which means I was a 1-on-1 swimmer with Special needs students. For the last three years I have been the Director of that camp, for kids with special needs. Ever since I was a little girl I knew that I wanted to work with children. I spent a lot of time with my mom in her classroom, and still do occasionally. It wasn't until I was in college that I knew I really loved working with Special Needs Children. I'm not currently planning on being a teacher, I just want to work with children as much as I can.
