Being able to care for the well being and safety of individuals have always been part of who I am. It was not something that I dreamt about when I was younger - like always wanting to become a doctor or pilot. Instead, my desire to be a social worker/caregiver and help empower others came from a combination of personal life experiences, some good and others heart wrenching, that drove me along a path where I can now use those experiences to benefit others. This fine position would enable me to do just that.
My qualifications include:
-I am a patient and reliable individual
-I have knowledge and experience in working with children with special needs
-I am computer literate and able to utilize a variety of programs
-I am able to work/develop respite programs to suit an individual's need
-I have my own vehicle matched with an impeccable driving record

I am overcome with the effect of working in this field and being able to utilize my education and experience to help obtain a better standard of life for those individuals who are facing barriers. I am thankful that I have been able to make a difference thus far, and can only hope to be fortunate enough to continue to be offered a chance to use my abilities to help others.
