My passion for caring for children with special needs began in high school and has continued.
I am currently a student at the UT Health Science Center in San Antonio and am studying to get my doctorate in Physical Therapy. With my interest in kids and Physical Therapy, I am currently volunteering with Kinetic Kids. This is an organization in San Antonio which offers special needs children an opportunity to participate in sports that they may not have been able to participate in otherwise.

Aside from volunteering, I also have a year of work experience in a Pediatric Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy clinic. I have worked with kids of all ages and all types of mild to severe disorders/disabilities.

Working with children has been incredible, and I look forward to continuing my education in Physical Therapy that will allow me to work with children and adults who have special needs.
