I am from West Bloomfield Michigan but will be spending a few months in Boca Raton for a practicum position at a children's hospital. I am working on becoming a Child Life Specialist and will be completing my practicum from August to December 2 days a week. I am looking for a part-time babysitting job for when I am not working in the hospital. I have a lot of experience working with kids, I have been babysitting for about 10 years now and have loved every second of it. I have been a nanny since September 2010 for 2 girls ages 4 and 7. I take the girls to and from school and activities, make them lunches, snacks and dinners. I bring fun activities and crafts for the girls to do and just try and have a good time with them.

In the Summer of 2010, I worked at a Jewish Community Center as an Inclusion Counselor. I worked one-on-one with two boys with Autism. Both boys were non-verbal. We worked on a wide range of things including, communication skills, listening skills, staying with the group, paying attention, swimming and so much more. I was able to see these two boys improve so much over the few weeks I worked with them.
