Allison was just what I was looking for in a babysitter for my autistic son. I wanted somebody who would not only watch him but would also play with him. I knew if somebody could keep him engaged the whole time I was gone, he would be happy. She was able to play with him on his level and within his interests. She brought a lot of energy and enthusiasm to her time with my son, and he responded to that.
