My younger brother has a severe disability and since he was born, I have been the designated babysitter for my parents. Once I got older, I started babysitting for other families around town. Quite often, my mother would hold gathering for parents of children with disabilities and I would babysit the children while the parents talked (up to 25 children with disabilities at once ranging from 5 years old to 19 years old). Now that I am in college, I have been CPR and First Aid trained. I currently am employed as a self-service care provider. The sole reason I want to continue working with children of all abilities is because I am passionate about helping people reach goals but also having fun while getting there.
