I work at Children's Hospital in the therapy pool department. Twice a week, I have the opportunity to teach one-on-one lessons to children with special needs. This group is extremely diverse, but often prove to be the most relaxing and enjoyable part of my day. It's amazing to see how fast and well they develop in their abilities to swim, and as a result, their confidence. Due to this experience, I have also had the opportunity to work with girls at Girl Scout camp with both medical and physical disorders.
