I just graduated with my masters in education in rehabilitation counseling, focusing on aiding individuals with various disabilities. I have over 20 years of child care experience and several long-term nanny positions with families. I have both public (school and state) and private experience counseling children to adults with various disabilities. I worked as a child life assistant for a children's hospital in addition to my eight years of volunteer experience with various charities aimed at helping children with serious illness and disabilities. I co-developed and facilitated an after-school social and emotional program for children K - 2nd grade. I also worked as a YMCA child leader. I have dedicated my life to helping children with special needs/disabilities and their families in need.
