During the 13 years of working at Xtreme Gymnastics, I was afforded the opportunity of working with many special needs children of different ages and abilities. I have extreme patience and a love for children that shines through whenever I work with any child. I mainly worked with special needs children on a one-on-one basis. I was able to get through to all of them with great success. Some I helped to integrate into a regular gym class while others focused on physical abilities, strengths and weaknesses. Helping a child learn what they are capable of is inspiring to me. I have not found a child yet that I could not get through to and help.

Every child, be it special needs or not, learns in his or her own way. Finding the environment that the child will have the most success is invaluable. I love reading, games and movies.
