I've cared for twin toddlers with special needs. One boy had autism and his brother had mobility problems. I did physical, occupational, and speech therapies with them and the therapists five days a week. My own daughter and older son have struggled with asthma, sometimes being hospitalized for it and being on a nubulizer or other sorts of treatment. I love caring for people in general, but people with special needs make me feel needed and makes me feel like I am doing some good for someone.
