Document and record vital signs, collect urine. Observe client report all changes in condition immediately. Inspect fingers and toes nail. Routinely trim nails as needed. Provide effective routine oral hygiene.
Dress and undress in appropriate clothing. Maintaining patience room and other work areas in a clean and sanitary order.
