Part Time Care For Newborn

Saint Paul,  MN  55128

We are expecting our baby to arrive in November. We recently found out our baby will be born with an extensive cleft lip and palate problem. Babies with cleft problems require careful feeding, as they need to be fed a certain way and need to be monitored for choking. In addition, babies with cleft issues also require multiple surgeries within their first year, so special care will be needed after surgeries to monitor the healing. Cleft babies usually have inner ear issues requiring special cleaning and care for their ears. As the baby begins to speak, help with speech therapy will be necessary due to the cleft palate.

This will be a part time position, most likely 2 days a week.
