On-Call Baby-Sitting For Two Adorable Boys (Who Both Have Autism)

We currently have a need for an on-call baby sitter, as our baby sitter moved away. :-( We have two boys, ages 9 and 5. Both of our boys have autism. Our oldest son is in third grade, and is fairly high-functioning. He also happens to be sweet, hilarious, and quite a kick! Our 5-year-old is more severely affected by autism. He has some words, but communication is very challenging for him. Like his brother, he is very sweet and silly. What I usually tell people who are meeting him for the first time is that he's probably going to seem like a big 2-year-old (developmentally). The boys have actually done very well with baby sitters in the past, even those who didn't have specific experience working with special needs kids. Our ideal candidate will have his or her own transportation. We are looking for someone who can give me and my husband an occasional break for a date night.
