Need a Companion for a 20-Year-Old Autistic Epileptic Son

My son is very independent and on occasions in need of companionship while I go and do errands. He has seizures which are controlled by medicine, and he also has a severe speech delay. He is a very happy, handsome young man who enjoys music, and the outdoors. I would need someone to come to my home for about 10-15 hours a week.
