I have a 18-month-old child with TAR syndrome( thrombocytapenia absent radius)low platlets and missing upper extremities bilaterally who requires transfusions weekly she does not have her arms her hands are attached to the shoulder and does not have the platella bilaterally her legs are fused together she is very dependent she is mobile to and extent her legs do not stretch out. I'm currently in rehab facility and cps is involved I will be discharged in 26 days I'm currently pregnant close to seven months and cps will pay for day care while I find work.
