I have worked in a high school special education class for two years, coached Special Olympics for nine years. Most recently I was a residential manager for a group home taking care of adults with disabilities. I focus on setting up behavior plans and personal goals with each of the children I take care of. With weekly/monthly and annual goals to help them work on motor and sensory skills. I want to work with parents on achieving goals to help there children succeed with everyday skills. My husband and I will be installing nanny cams throughout our entire house that you will be able to log into and check on your child at anytime during the day.
