I have over four years working with people with special needs and seven years altogether helping people. I love helping and taking care of people, it really brings me great joy. I have experience working in a group home setting and also I have worked on a mental ward of a hospital for over two years, so I am fully aware of the behavior issues some special needs people may have to express in order to get their point across. I also know not to take any of it to heart because some just can't help it. I understand the importance of letting them be as independent as possible.
