I have some experience with special needs children. My uncle has cerebral palsy. I haven't been around him in a while. But I remember what it was like growing up with him. Also, my best friend's son is autistic, has seizures often, heart problems, has a mickey button for feeding. I have cared for him often. My cousin who is very close to me has cystic fibrosis. I have cared for her many times. We are very close. She is now 21 and is doing pretty well for the most part. But she still has bad days. My aunt is also not well. She has many disorders, her main one being she has epilepsy. She is unable to drive and sometimes cannot speak well. I am also a Registered Medical Assistant.
