I will be honest. I don't have an extensive amount of experience with special needs children. I have only worked with special needs children for about a year as a child care teacher at St. Lukes Hospital in Kansas City, MO. Although I don't have a lot of experience with special needs children, I do have a lot to offer. I love working with kids no matter what age, race, or any disabilities they may have. All children are special. When I get to know a child I don't see them as disabled, I see them as just like any other kid. I am the type of person that is very patient as well as loving and I take the time to get to know a child and I will do what works best for them.
