When we do pre-screen, what do we look for?
During the pre-screening process our CareForce team:
- Verifies profile information for accuracy
- Cross checks the Better Business Bureau for accreditation and reputation ratings
- Conducts an online media search for negative, newsworthy incidents
- Performs an overall reputation check by reading a sample of online reviews
Please note that the CareForce pre-screening results do not reflect a care provider's licensing status. Learn more about licensing information for child care centers and in-home day cares
Information reviewed during the pre-screening process can change at any time. Accordingly, please make sure you perform your own research on the care providers you are considering and feel completely comfortable with the company or individual you have selected. Ultimately, you are solely responsible for selecting an appropriate care provider for you and your family.

Recently, my husband and I visited this facility along with our two-year daughter. After insisting that I fill out an enrollement form (???) the assistant director reluctantly gave us a "tour," which was minimal; she was so unfriendly, never even acknowledging our daughter's presence, that we never even considered leaving our daughter here. We had to specifically ask for the most basic information, while she remained mostly silent during the tour. In addition, another person who I assume was the director - sitting at a big desk behind an aquarium - never came out to speak with us and seemed annoyed that my daughter had taken notice of her and the fish tank. She shot her cool glances and ignored us completely. They were one of the most expensive and most unfriendly facilities we visited. I would NOT recommend. If they're this unfriendly when a child's parents are right there, how do they treat your child when you aren't there?
