I have a great passion working with seniors! They have so much history and wisdom of life. I believe that it's a high honor to be part of their lives and want to do my part to help them in their senior years. My own grandmother lived to 100 years young, she lived with me from 94 years to 99 years. We then felt she would be more comfortable with 24hr nursing care and she spent her last year in a private elderly care home. She loved the people and was cared for with dignity and respect. I feel that allowing seniors to have and keep their dignity with the aging process and show respect at all times is an absolute in the care givers job. I've been a care giver to some amazing seniors over the years and feel blessed I was able to care for, as well as be part of their remaining years.
