I was trained in California in a home care set-up. I took care of patients both ambulatory and non-ambulatory. My training involved setting-up and follow-through of regular routine. I am inter-active and interpersonal in my approach to patient care. Safety is uppermost in my care agenda and I always exercise anticipatory care. As a nurse in the Philippines, I am trained in geriatrics specially in handling and dispensing of medications. I have developed a good friendship with my last patient who was 83 years old. It was born out of mutual respect and sincere affection. My desire is to see my clients grow old gracefully, happy, content and healthy.
