I have worked in the accounting field for the last 15 years but experiencing the death of my uncle who died of pancreatic cancer and the death of my grandmother from natural causes inspired me to want to get into the health care field to care and take care of others.

I am a newly certified and have had the opportunity to work with seniors as an intern. During this internship, I was able to work with Alzheimer and regular residents. During each day, I performed hands on interaction with at least 8 -10 residents from feeding breakfast, giving bed baths or showers, daily ADL's and lunch.
