Under the direction of an RN, I am responsible for providing direct patient care within the scope of practice such as: Assisting patient with personal care related to hygiene, grooming, nutrition, elimination, activity and comfort. I have also taking care of patient with dementia and Alzheimer disease, patients with G- tube, catheter, the use of Hoyer lift, medication reminder, take vital signs. I provide services for- transportation service (Errands/shopping, take patient to doctor's appointments, respite care, hospice care, home care, meal preparation, light house keeping. I am very passionate about taking care of the elderly because of my parents whom I took care of in their old age on until they all pass away. My goal is to help clients achieve the best quality of life possible, take time to listen and learn about each clients need and preferences. I also have hospice care experience.
