My professional experience in Healthcare includes the following;

*2010 - Present: I am providing care for an elderly Alzheimer's client around clock on weekends, preparing meals, showering and assisting with activities of daily living including outings. Monitoring medical condition on a daily basis and alert family and/or emergency technicians when necessary.

* I am doing in-home weekday morning activities with elderly Alzheimer's client which includes walking, weightlifting, mind stimulating activities, outings, current events, and snacks.

*I am doing evening care of MS patient three days a week which includes showering, cooking, light housework, laundry, errands, animal and yard care.

*2010 Prepared meals, bodily care, light housekeeping, grocery shopping outings.

Summer:
*2009 Traveled within in a 250 mile radius of Houston fitting Seniors on Medicare with diabetic shoes within their homes doing physical evaluations and enrollments.

*1999 Assistant Activities Director, Houston, TX.
I helped organize activities, parties, outings and mail delivery.

Education:

*B.S. in Physical Education, University of Texas at Austin.
*Nursing Coursework at Houston Baptist University.
CPR certified.
*Diabetes Advanced Education.
*Alzheimer Specialist Certification (paperwork submitted) with over 20 hours advanced training and three *Alzheimer's clients with over 40 hours working with each one.
