I have enjoyed my time spent as a volunteer working with seniors and mature adults. I have a unique service I provide to the Seniors; I am a Social Media Coach or generically speaking a Computer Coach. I introduce Seniors and mature adults to the internet, e-mail, and other sites geared towards seniors. We accept people with no knowledge of the computer, we can patiently start with the very basics of turning the computer on, to explaining the lingo... right click, mouse, tower, WIFI, memory, drive, upload.... I teach them how to do e-mail, upload photo's, communicate with loved ones via the internet. All the questions that they may have regarding this new technology will be answered. I have a laptop with WiFI that I can bring to the location or if the Senior has a computer at home we can begin with theirs.
