I have been care-giving for 12 years which includes a wide range of ages from children, young adults to my favorite which is seniors. From those with special needs, i. e., ADHD, Aspergers, hypertension, to those who may have no special needs. I have experience in planning and preparing delicious hot meals with careful consideration for any special dietary needs, i. e., diabetics, hypoglycemic, high-protein, low carbohydrate diets or picky-eaters.
I am a self-starter, neatly organized and love people.
I have learned that caregiving is both a complex but simple skill with the main ingredients being: trust, dependability, compassion and skillful means to competently provide what is needed and wanted at the time.
Along with kindness and genuine concern successful care-giving is a way of life for me.
