I do have a recent background check available. By live-in, I mean a week at a time, while family takes a break, vacation or other needs to be out of the house. I have 11 plus years of experience caring for a stroke client, elderly, and a sister with Alzheimer's disease. I helped care for her from beginning to end, that end was in early January 2012. I've been recently caring for a 93-year-old. She is absolutely the greatest, and I care for her as if she were my mother.

I include housekeeping and laundry in my services. I am not a sit around, do nothing person! I always wanted to be a nurse. During my time with the county to obtain a good retirement with health insurance, I also worked at home health care. I tend to treat people like I would want to be treated! I go far beyond what is expected and enjoy every minute of it. I am responsible, dependable and willing to do what it takes to make the client comfortable, happy and involve her in things that other health care providers would not think to do. This past December, I attended state tested nursing assistant classes, and I passed my STNA test in January of 2012. It was a dream come true!
