I also served as a supervisor at a male residential treatment facility where I provided detailed care for residents across a variety of social, economic and ethic backgrounds; including persons with substance abuse issues, individuals diagnosed with special needs, emotionally/ behavioral, HIV/Aids, and the homeless population. I'm currently the House Manager serving teenage mothers and their newborn babies. I manage the physical facility while working with residents to provide a safe and supportive environment in which each resident has opportunities to learn, grow and be respected. Because of that, I have specific experiences that will benefit you. They include supervision, familiarity with medical paperwork, and first aid/CPR certification.
