My background includes over 10 years experience as a home health aide. My special ability and passion has been a key ingredient to my overall success and skill. My experience: I have a very good ability to learn new things and tasks, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. I have very good listening skills and a deep ability to work with a variety of patients. I am able to give instructions to patients to follow prescribed treatment in managing oral medicines under the direction of a physician, record the patient's condition, care, progress and problems and discuss observations with case manager, or a supervisor. I am superb at working independently under any situation. I can also assist in transporting outside the home, to doctor, clinic. I have done various other duties as assigned and as needed.
