Nadezhda A.

It is my privilege to write a review about Nadezhda A. Nadezhda was originally hired on a temporary basis to care for my mother, approximately 6 years ago. From the very beginning of her employment, Nadezhda (Nana) displayed so many rare, sought after qualities, those that are difficult to find when searching for someone to care for your loved one. I could see from the moment she began caring for my mom, that this was the woman I hoped would do so as long as possible. Six years ultimately passed, and she cared for my mother until the day she passed away in April of 2012. And she remains to be there for MY support to this very day. Not only is Nana compassionate, patient, kind and so genuine, she is extremely knowledgeable about so many facets of the medical world as well. My mother suffered from Altzheimers, as well as diabetes, heart issues and high blood pressure. Nana always maintained her composure, even when things became trying. She was so professional when doctors and nurses made their regular visits and was able to communicate with them on a medical level. I entrusted Nana with every aspect of my mother's care. There was honestly nothing she wasn't capable of doing, always giving 110% and succeeding all the way. Through the years, Nana always gave attention to my father, who though had his own caregiver, was available for his care any way she could help. I never heard the word NO when it was something I asked her about taking on. As the 9 years I was with my parents through the progressions of their illnesses, and that was just about everyday, there was not a single day, no matter how frustrating or overwhelming the situation was, that Nana did not have a smile on her face. She was always pleasant, upbeat and patient with everyone. She even took it upon herself to care and love all my cats that lived with my parents. I could not say a negative thing about Nadezhda A. and her dedication and devotion to all her patients and though both of my parents are gone, I will always consider her a very special friend whom I will be grateful for forever. Anyone who has the privilege of considering the employment of Nadezhda is someone I consider to be very lucky. Regards, Melodie K.
