My first patient Daisy T. was having strong "Sun-Down syndrome" with hallucinations and confusions. She needed to be placed into a residential care facility.
My second patient was diagnosed at Stanford. She had very little capacity to speak and understand. She was in her later state. I cared for her until she passed away this January, from March 2010.
I enjoyed taking care of them and treated them like my own mom. I have assisted in household chores, medication in-take, daily reports for insurance, supervised hygiene, prepared healthy and delicious meals, companionship, playing games, reading stories, watching children at the playground from a park bench, or baking the favorite apple pie to bring to potluck dinners at social events.
