I absolutely love being with seniors! My experience includes my current position of being a caregiver and medication aide in our assisted living facility's secured memory care unit. I assist with ADL's for 21 residents on a daily basis. I have never been late to work or acquired and deficiencies in my performance. I simply want the opportunity to manage my schedule a little differently and have the time to sit with the senior that I'm with and hear their story.
My personality is quiet and accommodating. Listening is one of my best qualities. I also love to learn, and know that there is much that I can learn about others and life from those I can serve. Whether that comfort zone is close to home or out exploring places of memories and adventures, I am up for it!
Having been a mom to four, I hope that I know a bit about the kitchen. However, I am always open to any advice that would make me a better cook!
