I provide personal care to the elderly in the comfort of their home and I also have worked at 3 of the retirement homes here in the west valley with clients. I do med reminders, meals, bed or sponge baths, light housekeeping, errands, Dr. appointments, companionship and daily walks and etc. I keep a detailed logbook of clients activities throughout the day. I also work with hospice patients and along side hospice RN guidance. I am dedicated to my career and enjoy the many clients I have had the chance to meet and help with their daily needs. My experience has been with clients with Anxiety/Depression, COPD, Cancer, MSA, Parkinson's, Dementia and basic companion care. I also work with patients that were just released from the hospital to help with basic needs and keep them in safety of their own homes. I can work with fall-risk clients and do transfers as well from bed to commode or wheelchair. and many other tasks as well. I enjoy my career and the health-care field. I am certified in CPR/First-Aid. I can do 4-12 hr shifts as my schedule permits.
