From 1991 until 1997, I took care of three elder ladies with different medical conditions in the Peninsula area. From 1998 until 2006, I took care of elder ladies from the East Bay areas, three of whom were hospice cases while the other one had severe heart condition. My major responsibilities were to oversee that medications are dispensed accurately as scheduled, prepare meals, take care of their personal hygiene, do light housekeeping, do grocery shopping, companionship, drive to and from the doctors' appointments, drive to the beauty shop, and assist in minor decision makings that pertains to her welfare.
