Melissa did not show up for interview after communicating that she was interested in the position. She did not have the courtesy to email me that she would not be showing up. I waited for forty five minutes and I lost time on communicating with her when I could have been looking for other interested people. I did show up for the interview but I was 20 minutes late. I walked into the foyer of the facility and only saw staff. I did not see a female woman that did not look like an employee so I left. I did not bring her phone number with me and I do not have email on my phone.
