My Name is Megan, I am 24, my family and elders as well as though now unable to care for themselves have always been dear to my heart. I am the type of person that cares about someone else's loved one as their own, with care, open heart and willingness to serve and pay attention or simply just keep company and listen or tell stories. Over the course of the year, all of my grandparents, my mom and sister as well as some close friends have been in the hospital or had surgery or something that has enabled them to do for themselves, I didn't want just anyone to care and aid to them, in my mind most aren't as gently or compassionate, I wanted them to be treated as I would have wanted not focus on my condition but still see me as a person and wanting to spend time with me, whether talking, or assisting in medication, taking out in a wheelchair or just to the park or store, puzzles or out to the movies or museums whatever their interest or need I wanted to meet it somehow. I am not a nurse, but where I excel and what can't be taught in school is how to love and care for those around us. I have a passionate, giving heart, and would treat your loved one with care just as you would. I look forward to helping you all in you busy demanding schedules to stand in your place while you are absent and assure you your loved one is being cared for!
