Hello and good day to you. I'm a caregiver/companion with many years experience as a nurse's aide (before you had to be certified). I have 12+ years experience and love helping out in whatever area is needed such as personal care, cooking, laundry, housework and more. I am very flexible and willing to help. My duties have included basic hygiene, personal care, meal preparation, light cleaning and organizing, changing bed clothes and collecting soiled laundry, laundry, vital signs, ambulation assistance getting in and out of beds, wheelchairs, bathtubs. I relayed and charted requested information, moods, vital signs, meal consumption, liquid intake, and daily BM and urine amounts. I've relayed information to the next CNA on shift, or to the nurse in charge, bathing and dressing. I have worked all shifts including 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and have done live-in cases in the past. I have provided driving for clients to shopping, doctor appointments, hair appointments, etc.
