I realize that you might not consider me because I have no formal training. However, I think it's just as important that a caregiver be someone who wants to help another individual, and is nurturing, patient, thoughtful, compassionate, and kind. If your loved one needs help running errands or with exercise, etc. then get in touch! I recently completed a position as a companion to a very lovely woman who was an Alzheimer's patient in a care facility. I provided general supervision and awareness of medical as well as emotional needs. I was able to give her companionship and friendship.
