I have been working in the personal service arena for over 6 years. I have worked as a FT temporary live-in for 4 different families and in a part-time capacity for many different families since graduation. I graduated from the Ivor Spencer International School for Butler Administrators, Personal Assistants, and Estate Managers in London in 2006. My prior career (25 years) was in post-secondary education. I have extensive experience with project management, supervision of employees, and customer service. For supplemental income, I owned and managed multiple properties from 12-92 to 1-05.

I have cleaned up after others for many years and pride myself in making repairs by myself whenever possible and presenting a property in which I would personally want to live. While working my way through college, I worked as an Orthopedic Technician, putting patients in traction, delivering and installing equipment in patient rooms, and teaching the use of canes, walkers, and crutches.

When my mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease, I took responsibility for creating an educational videotape for my Dad and his 10 children. In addition, I produced a caretaker schedule among my siblings so Dad could keep Mom at home while still having a life of his own. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor who knows how to communicate effectively with the families and individuals that I serve.
