*Assist the clients/patients in understanding their needs & requirements regarding their care.
*Assist in bathing, professional hygiene, dressing of patients.
*Help with toilet & bathroom needs.
*Handled emesis bags, urinals & bedpans.
*Take urine, stool specimen as directed.
*Assist & change patients with incontinence.
*Serve meals & assist those who cannot feed themselves.
*Participate in admissions, transfer & discharge problems.
*Help/Move & lift patients with limited mobility to chair & bed.
