6. Caring for clients with vision /hearing impairments
7. Dementia and Alzheimer care, all at different stages from mild to severe memory loss
8. Provided care for "end-of-life" patients, working closely with the Hospice Teams
9. Driving to appointments and building relationships with the entire Health Care Team and providing feedback to the family
10. Cared for patients returning home from Surgery or Rehab and working with the home health companies assigned for the "after care plan"
11. Shopping
12. Medication reminders and helping with refills
13. Assisting with bathing , dressing, oral care and personal hygiene
14. Provided bed-care, meticulously maintaining skin integrity to prevent bed sores and skin breakdown
15. Assumed the role as Case Manager and Client Liaison for 5 years

I have had the privilege of forming many wonderful relationships with both clients and families over the years.
I am a responsible, caring, dependable, astute, and happy person. My family members have said that I gravitated to the elderly at a very young age. So, it is no surprise that I enjoy my job so much.
