Diane D. says:
Lynn was scheduled to work for us; she no showed the first day after confirming the day before. We were initially genuinely concerned as she seemed very sweet natured so thought something may have happened. She never responded to multiple calls made to her. It was extremely upsetting and offensive to the persons needing care.

Lynn B. responds:
After Interviewing with both the Client and the Social worker over a 2 month period, I got another offer for a position. I told the woman helping the client that after not hearing back from her I took the other position. I think this was a case of miscommunication. I am truely sorry for any disrespect to this client.
