Patricia G. is a family member of my previous client Juanita C., whom I have never met in person and I have never resided in her residence, so it baffles me as to how she could write a review on me or any of my work ethics. If there are any questions concerning my relationship & job duties with Mrs C., please call Ann (director of The Loudon Senior Activity Center). Ann had the opportunity to see my interactions with Mrs. C. on a first hand basis. I pride myself in my ability to work and relate as a caregiver. I feel very comfortable with myself in that regard. True caregivers are a rarity and need to be treated as such. I did not get that feeling in this residence. There was a condescending air and attitude from the family members which ultimately lead to my leaving. I hope they will find a caregiver suitable for them as well as Mrs C. I will continue on as a caregiver and will not allow this type of criticism to affect me or my work ethics. JoAnn
