I held a seat as a representative of the unit base council government for the medical/ surgical unit at Christian Hospital.
I surveyed people on their thoughts and ideas for implementing changes to policies. I was a peer interviewer for potential employees and had the capability to interact with patients, families and co-workers compassionately and professionally.
I have the ability to measure blood pressure, take temperature, count respiration and report abnormal readings and collect height and weights, and convert them into the correct measurements as well as record and monitor oxygen levels. I also have the ability to provide CPR to unconscious and conscious patient and residents. I assist patients and residents with bathing, dressing, eating and ambulation and encourage independence of patients and residents while providing safety and shelter. I have documentation of personal care activities and overall patient assessment and collect and measure patients meal consumption, and elimination of the bladder and bowels. I was an honors high performer for outstanding patient care award leadership award tops at tech award.
