My name is Katrina. I have worked with Seniors for more than three years as an Activities Assistant. I worked with the Seniors daily, gathering them for exercise, arts and crafts, musicals events, story time, music reflections, outings to baseball games, restaurants, bowling etc. I enjoy listening to their stories of life and its struggles, achievements, their families and just plain conversation. I love playing cards with them, walking, going to ice cream socials, movies or just sipping lemonade. I take particular pride in my job, working with them as they set the stage for us. Seniors are special and I love to work with them, they teach us so much just by listening, watching, and caring for them. It is a pleasure to give back to them and I enjoy each chance I get to give whatever it takes, to make Seniors happy.
