I enjoy hearing stories from seniors and helping people who need help. I also am a very happy, conversationalist, caring, and dedicated. When I was younger, my grandparents lived with us, and I loved it! I worked for the State of Oregon helping seniors who were recuperating from surgery or just needed some help to stay in their homes. I believe one should be able to do that if that is their wish. If I can be of help to see a person stay in their home I would love to. I recently cared for my mother-in-law after 2 separate hip replacements. I stayed with her for 2-3 weeks each time. Both of us are cheerful, so we had a great time. I also cared for my sister when she had surgery on her wrist which was shattered in an accident at work where she slipped on a wet floor that was not marked. We were always close, but we are even closer since I cared for her. She lives in Oregon, so I flew out there and stayed with her for 10 days as I was working full time and only had 2 weeks' vacation.
